Challenge And Solutions
NFS’s biggest challenge was the competitive marketplace they operate in. The average cost per click was around £10. We had a target cost per acquisition of 10x the cost per click. Meaning we need to get 1 in every 10 visitors to convert into a lead. This means we had to keep a tight control on keywords, only paying for keywords that demonstrated BANT (Budget Authority Need Timing). This also meant that once we had 10 clicks from users with BANT, we had to ensure the website worked well enough to influence them into completing the desired action, a web form submission.
